'Tis the Season
Well, it's now December so it was legal to drop my first stack of holiday cards in the mail. I just love writing cards even though most people don't and as you can see above, I received my shipment of Holiday Tea from Mrs Kellys which makes the perfect accompaniment for the task. I think Christmas cards ought to arrive a bit before Christmas so that they can be enjoyed and tacked up around the house along with other decorations. I still have a lot more cards to write but it's always fun to get started and get into the holiday spirit.
By the way, the tree that is visible behind the tea is something my gramma made in 1976 and I used to see it at her house all the time as a kid. Now that she winters in AZ, I have the good fortune of providing a home for it.

It's never too early for Christmas. Just think of those Santa Villages that stay open year round!
